As VP of Membership for United Public Speakers club #5163164. When creating a new agenda I click the + sign, then create the agenda from a prior agenda. When I log back in as a member and not site administrator the new agenda is not visible. I have to click on the dropdown arrow to see the newly created agenda.

When you log in as a member the next agenda date is shown.
If you want another dated agenda you must select it from the pull down.
