Email addresses blocked by FTH

Hi,
The email nathan@dragonstooth.marketing is the email of our club president of Innsbrook Toastmasters. It is set up with Gmail workspace. It is no longer receiving emails, and the error message is that there are too many bounces.
Before this, the same thing happened with his personal Gmail address hntoft at gmail.com.

Can the bounce count be reset for these email addresses so officer and member messages can be sent and seen by these addresses? Thank you.

You are getting spam through the contact email address. You might want to turn it off and force people to use the contact form.
