member email bounced due to too many rejections

Club 86 member Julie has her email (julie.beamish@vylla.com) bounce when we mail to the club address members@saddlebacksunrisespeakers.org

The error is that the address had too many "returns" in the past. Is there a way to reset this as her email is fine now.

There are no bounce records for Julie. Some emails seem to have gone through to her today.

her email provider is accepting the emails she needs to contact them.
