Creating a subcategory under Public Downloads

I would like to create a subcategory under Public Downloads for Meeting Minutes. I would like to post a Word document that contains our meeting minutes. How do I create what I am calling a subcategory?

1) we do not support www with the toasastersvlubs.org domain

2) please read the documentation on file manager folders

1) do NOT use www when using toastmastersclubs.org

2) did you read the documentation on the file manager?
