Problem loading page

For the last 3 days, I have been unable to login to d68tm.org and my club FTH sites (clubs are Kenner Toastmasters and Golden Crescent Toastmasters). I can access all 3 sites via Tmobile network on my phone but not via AT&T Wi-fi. Below is the message:
All other sites are working just fine.

Someone using your IP tried to access wordpress folders. Which do not exist on FTH and the IP was blocked.
I have removed the block but it could happen again

You need to reset your browser by clearing the browser cache on your phone.
www.d68tm.org/ is working correctly

Thank you. I've cleared the browser cache and still can't access the website.

please go to www.whatismyip.com/ and tell me what your public IP is on the device that is having the issue.
