"unable to create/renew a HTTPS certificate..." message

It seems like others have received the same message. I don't know whether this is something you've been able to do a general (system-wide) fix on, or if it has to be addressed at each site individually. I got this message (below) which I'm not sure there's anything I (not very technically savvy) can fix. Thanks for assistance. Elena Brenna, Admin, Club #2238, U Speak Easy Toastmasters ( www.uspeakeasy.com ):

2021-08-07 08:04:16 GMT, FreeToastHost System Warning] *** IMPORTANT! ***

NOTE: We were unable to create / renew a HTTPS certificate for your custom domain: www.uspeakeasy.com
This means that you may not be able to access your website using https:// with your custom domain
name after any existing certificates expire.

Possible causes may include:
a. Your DNS records are set up incorrectly.
b. You are using domain forwarding--it is *not* supported.
c. Your custom domain has expired.
d. The custom domain listed in the admin console is no longer being used.
e. We were unable to connect with the free LetsEncrypt! service to create the certificate.

*** Note that the system may remove your custom domain from the database to prevent further invalid
attempts at cert renewals.

You may also access your website via 2238.toastmastersclubs.org

You can check your custom domain's expiration date using:
who.is/whois/www.uspeakeasy.com

You can view your current DNS records using:

You can try to troubleshoot your DNS records using:

There was apparently a network connection hiccup when our server tried to connect w/ the LetsEncrypt server last weekend to do the cert renewals. It will likely fix itself when the renewal loop function runs again this weekend or we can intervene "manually" prior to then as we have been doing.

Brian: We could also just start the renewal loop sooner than scheduled to handle all of these at once.

I am not on a computer that readily allows me to do anything at the moment, but I can take care of this later this evening if Brian or Pam are unavailable.
