Email Bounces

One of our members/officer keeps having her email response rejected as per the below message. I have verified her email matches what is set up in our club website, and she correctly listed as VP Education. Can you help sort this out?

Her name/email is: Jennifer Wiggins / jennifer@clearsemsolutions.com

Every time I reply to the officers email I get an undeliverable email:
This is the mail system at host smtp10.relay.ord1c.emailsrvr.com.

Jennifer's company is using email hosts that have been blocked from FTH because of the spam they send.
I can't even identify the IP of the email host as they have buried it behind their firewall.
If she can supply the real IP address that her company uses to send email I will open it.

Sorry no we will not open all those IP addresses, we have been spammed to many times by those IP. If she can give us 1 or 2 we will open them,
