Anything that is sent to me or by me from Capital toastmasters club 2112 is being bounced. My e-mail is brooke01@tds.net. This is also happening for Horseshoe Pond Toasters club 1383?. What can I do to correct this?

Your email service is bouncing mail from FTH and flaging it as spam.

1) If you receive spam from FTH there should be a link at the bottom of the email "Is this Spam" if you click it you will be black listing the senders email address.

2) you need to white list service@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org

3) The Bounce Count for Email Address [brooke01@tds.net] has been reset to zero.

Just to be absolutely clear... FTH does not intentionally send spam emails. In fact, our email code uses several technical approaches (including the Spam Assassin spam filter) to block spam emails. Also, since FTH is an email forwarder, emails that are bounced by your email service had to have originated somewhere else--FTH just is the "middle man" forwarding the emails. The only exception would be emails that you or your club members create on your website (e.g. via Send Basic Email or the Agenda Emails), but even then, the system is not really generating the email content.

We really do not want the system to keep trying to send emails to an email address that is repeatedly bouncing them back to the server. In many cases, repeatedly sending emails that bounce will cause the server's email reputation to be negatively impacted.

Bottom line: you need to address the root cause of why your email service is bouncing emails back to the FTH server. In this case, it appears that your email service thinks that the FTH server is sending it spam, even though FTH is typically just the "middle man".
