Club Website Can't Be Reached

Occasionally, our club website seems to be down with the attached error message that it "took too long to respond". Basically, the error message is "err_connection_timed_out" or "Err_timed_out". Any ideas on how to avoid and fix this?

We would need a lot more information to even start looking into the issue.

What was your internet IP address at the time of the failure?
Where we you accessing accessing from, home or work?
What was the time of day and your time zone?
What Operating System and version
What browser and version?

those are not Internet IP addresses those are the IP of you home network.
use a site like google "what is my IP"
