Upload file to member uploads

So I requested to know how to add Board meeting minutes to the Member access on the agenda and was told to go to File Manager. Which I did and edited the 'minutes ' to read 'Board Meeting Minutes'
I can see the file but need to know how to upload the Word document to that access so that members can open the tab and read the minutes.
