Good morning! We added a new member on September 1, 2021, but have not received the email requesting authorization to use the email address. The new member's name is still shown on the site with the line through it. Is there a delay in adding new members due to the holiday?

The opt-in email process is automated.

The email was sent on Sept 1 and accepted by gmail, have him check his junk/spam box.
