Helo Team - please advise the status. I did as instructed: checked and ensured I was using the correct Web Site name & Site No. on Toastmasters Intl. Then i proceeded with the change request, again. It was submitted last night. I haven't received an email reply. I also, checked with our club's president (who's email was listed as one of three point of contacts) and she has not received an email. Please help. Please advise.

Guys, I received the email with my temporary passcode, but that code does not work. What can I do?

Can I set up a Zoom meeting with one of you? We have our Open House right around the corner, I have so much to do, to prepare for it. I need the ability to update the website, homepage, flyers and everything. Please advise.

SamiB: Please check your email inbox for a link that should get you into the website. Once you are logged in via the link, please load the admin console and update your admin password on the Admin Info tab of the Website Settings module.

The email you received should have a link which will open the site for you, allowing you to set and confirm a new admin password.
Your email address is now registered as the admin address, so if you have a problem you can use the "forgot your password" option.
As Steve said earlier - if you do this more than once, only the most recent link will work.
