PASSWORD RESET FOR ADMIN CONSOLE

I am Web Administrator for my club's FTH site. In an attempt to make changes for new officers, I filled out the link "Update Site Administrator' and that's when it all started. None of the key officers or myself are able to sign on as the Site Administrator. And we have an Open House coming. in troubleshooting, I think a password reset was issued, but when I tried to use it, it was no longer valid. Probably because I took 3 days to try it.

You are registered as one of your club contacts, so you will be able to authorize the request. Make sure to use a valid personal email address, and not a FTH forwarding address

I don't understand, below is an excerpt from the email I received; and when I tried logging into my admin console with this temporary password, IT DID NOT WORK.

And also, there could be some confusion, I don't need a new Website. I'm trying to reset the passcode to the Admin Console for a website that has been around for over 15 years. Please help. Thank you

As your website doesn't have a valid web admin email address, you have to change the admin using the instructions provided.
