My understanding is that Grammerly is a grammar checker.
If it sits in the background while you interact with websites and tries to also interact with you and/or those websites, then it is conceivable it is causing Google reCAPTCHA to flag it. You can test it if you temporarily uninstall Grammerly, then repeat the interaction that was causing Google reCAPTCHA to flag it to see if it still happens.
Like Brian says, you need to also follow up with Grammerly. Some things to ask them about is whether they have a "whitelist" or "exceptions" list that allows users to tell that software to ignore certain website addresses or domains (e.g. toastmastersclubs.org) to disable its interactions for those websites.
