Toastmaster of the Day can't edit agenda for multiple clubs

Can you troubleshoot why the Toastmaster of the Day can't edit the agenda?  Here are two clubs that experienced this:

1. Virtual Parliamentarians (#7850496) -  vpoo.toastmastersclubs.org/agenda-01660364.html
2. Caltech Debate (#6606328) -  caltechdebate.toastmastersclubs.org/agenda.html

Alternatively, what are do we need to try differently since this used to work by clicking the pencil icon, which was enabled if the box for "The person assigned to this role can edit this meeting agenda" was checked.  Coincidentally, these boxes are grayed out on the agendas above that have issues.

I logged in as Carol and I can edit the agenda, not sure what the issue is, you will need to provide a lot more detail.
Was Carol logged in?
What OS and version?
What browser and version?
Does she have cookies enabled as per the documentation?

Thanks for testing this!  This occurred when I tried to demo the site for a district training session.  Until I get Carol's info, here is the info you requested for the Caltech Debate website when I signed up as Toastmaster likely on the  agenda for 10/12/21  as both a user and admin before this was deleted:
1. Carol reported to me that she couldn't edit the agenda header as Toastmaster of the Day on the agenda.  I also couldn't edit the agenda because I couldn't see the pencil icon even though I checked that the box to edit the agenda for this role was checked off.
2. I use Windows 10 Pro (64-bit), version 20H2, build 19042.1288, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0.
3. I used Chrome Version 94.0.4606.81 (Official Build) (64-bit) or Brave  Version 1.30.89 Chromium: 94.0.4606.81 (Official Build) (64-bit) .
4. I'm unsure which cookies need to be enabled and how, so can you share the documentation that you're referring to?  Currently, both browsers block third-party cookies.  I used to be able to edit agendas without issues, but nothing seems to have changed on my computer for this error to occur unexpectedly recently on two sites on Sunday (10/3) from 2 - 3:30pm ET unless it was due to maintenance.
