Welcome Email Empty

Getting FTH set up and trialling with committee members. When they authenticate, they receive a welcome email but it is blank. What can I do to correct this issue? Have scoured the forum and admin console for answers.

This should work fine now.

The welcome email works well when sent from the "New Member Welcome" tab of Membership Management - but from the Membership Tools dropdown, it sends to the correct addresses but the body just contains 2021-09-27 09:31:29

Ok, thanks.  I will take a look.  I am in the process of restructuring the database a bit for better performance moving forward.   Breaking up a big table into smaller tables.  The Welcome message is one of the fields that I moved into a smaller table.
