DATA TRANSFER ERROR when editing agenda

Hello,

I am the Sargeant at Arms for the Ottawa Toastmasters Club (#1935). This morning when myself and another member tried to edit the agenda we received the following error message. 

***DATA TRANSFER ERROR***
Javascript Function=Make Agenda[makeagenda/ Save]
Status=error
Error=
The topic has been locked.
