Cutler Bay Toastmaster 1412303, Betty Ortiz-Valdes Website Admin

I entered a guest email:  r.rpindertoastmasterd47@gmail.com
and received the following message: Invalid/Non-functioning E-Mail.  (One Advertised SMTP server permanently refused mail) 

Can you provide guidance on how I can add  the above email as a guest in membership module.
