Weird error message when using club email as a recipient

Hi all, I'm getting a weird bounce back message when I try to include a club email in a correspondence. For example, I sent an email from my personal Gmail account, but cc'd the VPM using the VPM-9327@toastmastersclubs.org email, and get an error message. I have attached a bit of the code I received, in a Word document, attached to this. Any suggestions/recommendations on how to correct this?
