Confirmation of roles on agendas is missing in view for others

I am seeing this same problem on FTH websites for clubs 1453 (Spartanburg Toastmasters) and 7765790 (ACA Toastmasters).  I have personally CONFIRMED roles for both clubs and later the website does not show my role as confirmed.  This problem appears to have just started over the last few days.

Please don't jump anothers thread your problem is not theirs.

I just checked my club website and the confirmation buttons are there and work.

I just logged in as youo at club 1453 and the confirm button is there under your name for Meeting Agenda for November 15, 2021 the GE
