Member Downloads and File Manager Error

On November 27, 2021 at 11am Speak Up! toastmasters noticed that after logging into the website as a member, we are not able to download files under Member Downloads. As President, I also cannot upload files to the File Manager. I am using both Firefox and Chrome as my browsers and Windows 10 as my operating system. I was also informed by multiple members this morning that they also cannot download files from the Member Downloads section. Two of these members were using Apple devices. See attached the screenshot of the error from my Windows 10, Firefox browser.

Note, that if I logout and click the Public Downloads tab I can download public files. However, I can only download while logged out. Our members regularly access these files and this Saturday the error put us at a handicap. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions and let me know if you have a solution to correct the error.

Hi Steve,

I tested the Member Downloads and File Manager this morning. Both are working on my Windows 10 OS using Firefox and my iPad using Safari. Thank you for helping us troubleshoot the problem.
