Can't deliver opt in...member email checks out BAD

I have been unable to get the OPT IN email to a member.  There is no error message but the email is not recieved by member.  

The email checker function shows that email is bad after checking.

I have copied the email from several sources, such as Toastmasters.org with no sucess.  I have deleted and re-added several times, no change.

Please help

After many attempts to delete and re-add a member, the email checker still says BAD.  There is no error message when send opt in request, just not recieved.  And the email checker says BAD.  

Email is mike@bergsmaconsulting.com if that helps.

If it is there work email, maybe there work does not allow outside email to come in from unexpected resources. Check with the person. It could also have gone into their spam mail.
