problem with opt in email

An administrator of FTH at another club asked me about a problem with a member not receiving the opt in email.  It may relate to the FIRST entry of the email being incorrect.  After that he said it was deleted and added again. What information would the Administrator need to include in a request so that it can be researched to determine the best course of action?

Nice of you to try and help but we can only deal in details.
Sorry we need that admin to contact us wit the club number and the first name of the person involved.

That is not a problem and what I expected to hear. This person said he sent in this question but did not get a reply. If he gave me the information of Club name and number member email can I send it or do you need him to do that. ? I can understand if you cannot but if I am involved I can track the progress.

I would be surprised if we never answered a post, what is that admins name?
 

I was SHOCKED when he told me that on the phone.
Admin is Ed Parmenter I believe the club is 794497 and the member is named Jeremy
If you need him to contact you I will ask him to and then watch for the discussion in the forum
