Officier Titles

For officer roles we want to create a new officer role titled “web administrator”I cannot see how to create a new title.  
Can you offer a hint? 

Create a custom group called webadministrator (or whatever), add the person to that group, then also set that person as an "Other Officer".

However, not sure why you need to do this since there is already a email address for the admin that is tied to the person you enter in the Website Settings.
