Bounced emails

I have the same issue with one of our members email: suehonsl@sympatico.ca
Can you reset the bounce count?

Please do not jump on another person's thread--start a new topic instead.  (I did this for you this time.)  Don't presume that the other person's issue is the same as yours, in many cases it will not be and they end up getting posts about your issue which just creates confusion.

• The Bounce Count for Email Address [suehonsl@sympatico.ca] has been reset to zero.

Your member needs to whitelist server@toastmastersclubs.org, agenda@toastmastersclubs.org, and admin@toastmastersclubs.org or this block will occur again as sympatico email is blocking emails via FTH unless those addresses are whitelisted.
