Well the last recorded bounce happened on 12/15, per our bounce log.  That is when the system stopped processing email to that email address.  If the issue causing the bounce has been resolved, then there should be no issue.

No, it is immediate unless the root cause of the issue has happened again.  

We will not keep sending email to bouncing email addresses.  I designed and implemented it that way.
