Website access issue

One of our members is having trouble getting access to the club website. The attached Word document includes a screenshot of the latest email from Jacqueline Choy describing the problem and showing the message she got from ToastHost. I don't know if it's related, but the second image is a screenshot of the most recent (Nov. 10) message to the Administrator with an alert that is also related the Jackie Choy. Is it possible she's being blocked because she had a problem with Captcha?

If so, please unblock her and let me know if there's a way for me to allow access in a case like this. Also, is there a way to see the Messages to the Administrator other than logging out and then back in? I only see it when I first log in and I can't find a reference to it anywhere on the site.

Thanks.

We are not blocking anything due to CAPTCHA... just posting warnings.  You can see all the messages to admins anytime you want just by going to the Administrator Info tab in the Website Settings module ... scroll down they are there.  We are not hiding them... we just show you the pop-up when there is a new message in the "stream".

Typically login messages are due to cookie issues--specifically, whether the user's browser is properly configured to allow FTH to save information on their computer in cookie files.  If you have advised her to delete her cookies as a fix in the past, that is the *wrong* advice.  Deleting cookies just makes the system "forget" everything stored on a person's computer.  However, that has nothing to do with whether their browser is configured to allow the system to store stuff on their computer (in cookie files) in the first place.
