"Unadvertised SMTP" email receive/send issue

Emails to my email address are not being sent via toasthost server. Keeps saying invalid email. this email has been valid since 1998.

it says "invalid or non-working"...   in our case, our server firewall could be blocking it.   We will have to look into it.

1) your mail server at 162.241.115.82 is very slow to respond
2) Your mail server is hosted in a datacenter that allows spammers and it was blocked. I have opened the IP for now.

Brian, thanks for opening the IP, will pass this on to the server providers at that datacenter. It is likely that they have anti-spam at a different level than the the ToastHost servers are accustomed to seeing. In any case, will send your message to them. Your prompt response is much appreciated!
