Club Email Address Responds with Error Message

We have had multiple complaints from people trying to email us using our club email address - Officers-833@toastmastersclubs.org.

They are getting an error message telling them to use their email address registered with the club site.  Can you help me with this?

The first complaint was in July of last year and then nothing until today.  I appreciate any suggestions or help with this.

The Officers group email address, like the members group, is only available to members of your club, sending an email from their email address as registered on your club database.  Documented here:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-features-for-users

if you want non members to contact you, you can use the contact email address contact-nnnn@ or the specific officer email like president-nnnn@
please read the documentation.

Also, make sure you do not use the officers email address as the contact email address in the find a club page for your club.  That will cause a lot of problems like this... it will not work.
