Opt in emails will not show up for new member

We have 3 new people and they are not receiving the opt-in emails. Two of the members are on vacation so I cannot communicate with them right now, but I checked out the settings for the 1 newest member (Jocelyn) that has not received any of the opt-in emails. She uses Gmail and we whitelisted @toastmastersclubs.org. I get the admin confirmation emails, so I know they have been sent, but she does not get her copy anywhere. We checked various folders and Spam and whitelisted. Nothing is showing up. Now what?

The way we were able to get around this was to use another email address for the member that was able to receive the opt in message and once approved, we changed her back to the original email that would not accept the opt in. She can now access the club website and receive our club emails with the original email address. Not sure why that opt in didn't work for that address, but it worked for her other one. We made sure both email addresses were the member's and not someone else's so this should be fine for regulations.
