New Member Sign in

For over a year, from time to time, I have attempted to sign in to:  Downtown Toastmasters Club - Columbia, MO (toastmastersclubs.org)  

I am instructed to select my name from the pull-down menu and use my password. Of course, since I have never used the site, I am informed that an administrator must approve my first time joining. I am instructed to use my email address. And evidently an administrative passcode is entered for me. When I follow these directions I get an error message instructing me to follow the steps for a first tie user. I frustration has been an endless cycle of the process with no success. 
  Will somebody please HELP ME?
