Can't Update Home Page

I have tried multiple times to update my home page for 2279. I make the changes, hit Save, and refresh but the changes aren't there.

The home page changes won't save because there's an error on the 'Administrator Info' tab.
The administrator email must be an address outside of the FTH system. (such as your personal email that you use for the club) One this is corrected you'll be able to save changes to your home page.
Code:
You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following: Administrator Info Tab - You cannot enter in a toastmastersclubs.org/toastmastersdistricts.org address or one using your custom domain name.

How could that email have been changed? My personal email has been in there for many years and I never changed it. Jay

There is one other person with access but she would never go to the administrator tab. I don't remember exactly what the email there was, but it was something strange like a noreply@.....

The admin email must be valid, it must be active, and it must be reachable by the FTH server. The admin email address is considered to be a very important email address in the system. If the server attempts to send an email to the admin email address that is repeatedly bounced back to the server, then once our threshold for repeated bounces is reached (I call it "bounced out"), the server will replace the email address with a noemail-#### address, which is just a dummy placeholder email address that the system recognizes as something it should ignore. It does not delete the email address because not having an email address is not the same as an email address that is invalid or cannot be processed--the system needs to be able to distinguish between the two cases.
If the admin address has bounced out and is replaced, then of course, you will get an error message the next time you attempt to edit anything in the website settings module. This is intentional--you need to fix the problem with the admin email address as the noemail- address is just a temporary measure to keep the system from repeatedly sending to an email address that is bouncing back. We may not be able to reliably force you to fix the admin email address at the point in time when the problem was detected, but we can certainly flag a problem the next time you try to change anything in the Website Settings module.
