One members email bounced due to spam in normal agenda

How do we enable a correct email to be delivered?  The content of the email which is just the standard weekly agenda is apparently labeled spam and is not delivered to the member.

Common issues to check are described in this document:

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email

For FTH to investigate we need your club number and at least the first name of the member experiencing the email delivery issue. (so we can find them in Membership Management to obtain their email address.)

Our Club number is 3697 for Steppingstonestm.com. The member who has issues is John.

We just replaced our Education VP and I have assumed the role. I had inserted the club's Zoom link in the venue slot on the agenda, two weeks ago. Could that be the source of the spam detection?

Difficult to say what an email host might consider spam. The agenda itself also contains all the links related to role sign-up and drops. My club does the same with the Zoom meeting address in the agenda and no members email account's have flagged an agenda as spam. (yet)

John will need to whitelist these two addresses in his email client;

server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org

Some tips and instructions in this document for doing this. See the section at the bottom 'Other email providers':
