Member accidentally clicked unsubscribe

One of my members accidentally clicked the unsubscribe in our weekly emails. He doesn't remember clicking it but that's my best guess as to what happened since he still has the same email.

He got moved to the former members list. I moved him back to the current members list but he is still not getting the emails.
Not sure if there is something I missed or if you have any other suggestions.
