Assistance with Admin Log In Issues for Division A Leaders #7795438

Good Morning, Free Toast Host Support Team,

I am reaching out to you as we are having issues logging on as administrators to the Division A Leaders Toastmasters Club FTH website site as of a few days ago    -  divisionaleaders.toastmastersclubs.org

After entering the club number and admin. passcode and clicking on "Authenticate/Log In", the system does not log in. It stalls and the log in screen stays on the screen without logging in. There are no issues when logging in as a member.

A few days ago, I attempted to make a change on a formatting feature on our front page which has 2 tabs. I tried to change it, and after doing so, the problem started where we could not use the previous admin passcode.

I am now the system administrator for the site and was issued a new admin password today. I still am not able to log in as an administrator.

Thank you for your assistance and support.

The admin panel hung for me too when I opened it directly. Possibly caused by some of the scripts on the home page. (perhaps related to the tabs)

Even though the page hung, it may have processed your admin login. Try going to this page;

7795438.toastmastersclubs.org/directions.html

If the admin login succeeded you can click on the pencil icon in the top right corner to open the admin panel. From there you should be able to reach the home page tab and resolve the issue. The type of styling that can be used is generally what's available via the commands in CKEditor.

Alternatively, or if the above idea didn't work, we can go in and remove the scripts from the home page. (This is an all or nothing operation.)

"SOMEONE" put scripts on your home page I have removed them.
FTH does not support scripts at all.

Thank you, Brian. I'm not sure I understand what "scripts" are, but I am thinking it is the long text/description that was on the front page. It was added before I took on this role as system administrator, and I was trying to change it. The website format used is different than what I am use to for my other 4 clubs,

Clarisse
