two members of our club have tried to use the club website email tools and receive these error message
"Recipient server unavailable or busy" - Please let me know when the server is available. I see your club is a corporate club.  Do the members reporting the problem both use company email addresses?

You are correct, both problem samples were sent from our corporate emails. I tested sending from gmail to officers-926@toastmastersclubs.org this morning and it worked. It's important our corporate club can use the fth emails. Is there something special we need to do to fix the server constraint?

Your company uses a service to filter and send email, problem is they allow spammers into their network and their IP addresses have been blocked many times.

If you can give me ONE IP address that we can expect your companies email on I will open that one IP.

Our IT department has replied. Email were successfully sent until 8/1/22. We cannot provide one IP, however please allow "@genworth.com"

Travis (our IT rep for email) has offered to speak with someone if you'd like to give me a specific contact person.

Unless you can tell me the IP address or IP range there is not much I can do for you.

I am not opening all these IP for your company just because they use a bad email service.
