New members

I've added the member.  I pressed save.  I got the message about how they have to agree.  But the member is not saved. When I close my list, the name disappears.  I also don't get a copy of the email sent to the member.  Is this another glitch?

Are you sure the person was not already entered as a guest or prospect?   You cannot enter them twice.  You can move them from another tab to the members tab though. 

Thank you.  It was there.  When someone uses FTH to ask for information are they automatically put into prospects?  I've never added them because of the privacy issues.  If you are just checking us out, you don't want to get put on our mailing list.  This way is a lot easier.

If someone uses the Contact Us form and checks the checkbox to be notified of future events, then their information is put into the Prospects list.  It is an Opt-in (they must check the checkbox), so no privacy issue.
