Hi! New member says they can't select a role on the online agenda. Could this be because he's a new member and I need to change some settings for him? We're pretty new to online agendas (less than a year) and he just joined.
I'm not sure how to verify that he can't sign up on the agenda or what I should be checking on the website.
Thanks! I think it might be because because he wasn't in the Member list. He was still on the Prospect list. I moved him over. I've been waiting to hear back from him to see if he can select a role. His name is Bryan. I'm going to close this out. I'll reopen if this didn't solve it. Thanks!
