TikTok link becomes invalid social media link due to URL change

When we list https://www.tiktok.com/@neurodiverseleaders under "Other Social Networking Websites", FreeToastHost changes the URL to " www.tiktok.com/%40neurodiverseleaders ", which directs visitors to an invalid page with the 404 error.  When convenient, can you fix this by not changing the character "@" to "%40" in the URL or redirect to the correct link somehow?
