Weatherford Toastmasters #4963 lost Admin access

Hello.

This is Donna Young Member Number: PN-02287604 in club Leaders-Speakers of Tomorrow (Club Number: 01879279, 25, Area D43 .

I am opening this request on behalf of a fellow club officer in my district, Rich Zimmer, PN- 3822338 who is the VP Education for Weatherford Toastmaster (Club Number: 4963, District 25, Area 13).     His contact email in Toastmasters is  rich.zimmerjr@gmail.com  

I visit his club regularly and he says he has lost admin access to his clubs Free Toast Host website:  4963.toastmastersclubs.org/

Can you help him?   If he has lost access, I'm not sure if he will still have access to the Help Forum.

He is not listed as the registered admin.  There is a generic club email address listed as the admin email address.

There can only be one registered admin.  Whether clubs choose to share the admin password amongst their members or not is up to them, but we generally recommend that clubs set up Access Settings for their officers as opposed to sharing the admin password.   Using Access Settings is generally a better practice.

Access to these forums is separate and has nothing to do with admin access to any particular FTH website.  If the person of interest has a good reason to request to be made the admin, then they can refer to the following:   support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available
