1) None or your officers has a GE email address.

OK, we tested it. No bounce. Recipient received. Looks like it's 100% fixed!

Can I ask what solved the problem and is this something that can happen again?

Their company uses an email service that allows spammer and those spammers have mailed FTH.
Remember any unrequested email can be marked as spam by any club.
