Emails to corporate domains being bounced

2 years 11 months ago
#88723
As of this week, emails to our club alias email addresses are getting bounced by @collins.com and @ge.com emails for our officers but passing through OK to @gmail.

We cannot use our officers@talkituptoastmasters.org (or officers-8045@toastmastersclubs.org) addresses at the moment for this reason.

Any ideas?

IP addresses for @collins.com appear to be blocked by FTH for hosting spammers. Brian will need to review this.

ge.com doesn't appear to be blocked by FTH so maybe their corporate email rules changed.

This is the starting point when members cannot receive email through the FTH forwarding system;

Several emails have been sent to you today, is there still an issue?

I sent a test email and the Collins ones went through.

Don’t worry about the GE one. That may simply be no longer used. Thanks for fixing!

Actually I'm told the GE email is still in use, but the officer has a Gmail alternative he can use until (if) the GE email issue is fixed.
