How to edit a title in the website index in the sidebar

Hello,

How may I edit a title in the website index sidebar.  I would like to change the words 'Member Downloads' to 'Club Business'.  Thank you for your guidance.

Grab the URL for Member Downloads, then create a new custom link called "Club Business" that points to the same URL.   After, that you can hide the Member Downloads link in the Website Appearance settings tab (at the bottom of the tabbed section).
