club member email address marked as 'bad'?

Have a club member who seems to not be receiving FTH emails.

When I run the "email address checker" this is said to be 'bad' - see attached. What does this mean? (Other emails are also marked 'bad', but these members are from when the club initially signed up for FTH ~8 years ago.)

Lance said his domain email is hosted with BlueHost.

Club number is 730231, highnoonprescott.toastmastersclubs.org/ .

lance@ leighnor.com is not getting the emails. The attached picture is a screenshot, where the 'email checker' says this email address is bad.
