Visionary Communication - L1 projects

Good day,

A club member started the Visionary Communication Path in May 2022. Her projects align within the agenda template speech projects (of our website) identified as "OLD" (see attached) - and when selecting her appropriate project (that aligns with those within her path through Toastmasters International), she receives the following error: This Pathways project was relocated on 2021-10-27.You must have started the relevant path prior to that
date to receive credit for this project in Base Camp.Did you start your path prior to 2021-10-27? Yes/No

She is following along with what is available through the Toastmasters International Base Camp and wanting to select the appropriate project for our agenda, but it does not seem to align with the club website (based on start dates for her path). May you advise how to proceed? Should she simply click "Yes" to the above prompt to ignore, and carry on? Or is there something not right with her Path through Base Camp (i.e. should we contact someone regarding Base Camp projects)?

If the path was purchased or registered prior to the changeover date it will follow the 'old' format: Level 1 = Icebreaker, Evaluation & Feedback, Researching and Presenting.  The 'new' format for Level 1 is Icebreaker, Write a speech with purpose, Intro to Vocal Variety and Body Language, Evaluation & Feedback.

If the member's Level 1 on Base Camp reflects the 'Old' version, it was probably registered before the changeover.  Either way, she should choose the project on FreeToastHost that matches what she has on Base Camp.  

FreeToastHost is simply providing the extra convenience of having the evaluation form attached to the agenda, so that it can be easily accessed by the speaker, evaluator and Toastmaster/Speech introducer, it is not there to override what is in Base Camp.

The message is not an error, it is simply a warning/reminder to assist members, so they don't inadvertently choose the wrong project.  She can click the 'Yes' button if that is the project that matches what she is doing in Base Camp
