Hello,
Our Zoom account's email address is president@cyfairsuperspeakers.org. As the Zoom administrator, when I login to Zoom using a new computer, Zoom says "Enter code sent to president@cyfairsuperspeakers.org to verify this device". The email should get redirected to the personal email address of the president, but that email is not being received by the president. Is the email from Zoom perhaps going to the junk mailbox of the president@cyfairsuperspeakers.org mailbox? Please advise on how to resolve this. New presidents will bring new laptops.....I am the immediate past president, so still using my laptop to login which Zoom still recognizes.
