I can reach 1012.toastmastersclubs.org from my location. The site is working.

You may have a problem with a firewall or internet access.

As Jane mentioned, you can access your club using the club number URL:    1012.toastmastersclubs.org/ (that will always work).
It appears that you use a custom domain name  www.minytoastmasters.com  which seems to have expired
