How to Add "Are you planning to attend the meeting ?" question to agenda

Our FTH site, for club 1294652, is up to date: This revision of FreeToastHost 3 is officially Revision 3.0 revised on 2021-10-21
But our club Agendas do not include the question, ""Are you planning to attend the meeting ?" with the choice option for Uncertain/yes/no, as other clubs do. 

• I have tried recreating a template from the 1 hour and 2 hour default templates.
• I have tried searching the support docs.  
• When creating a new Agenda, I do get the Attendance tab

Is there some way to download a current template that includes this feature?

Are you logged in as a member when observing this?  
The attendance question only shows when you're logged in as a member, it isn't applicable to the Site Admin.   The same applies to signing up for meeting roles.

Wow, that was it. When logged in as a member, it worked. I spent many hours trying to make this work. You are awesome!
