Alias not being recognized was created by Mainland Toastmasters
4861572.toastmastersclubs.org/
I changed my website alias to Mainland,
I received confirmation that it was changed to Mainland.toastmastersclubs.org
However, when I search the Internet, it does not come up.

Your website is working correctly.
However, searching the internet is controlled by Google, Microsoft, and the other big internet companies. We do not control them. They only scan each website periodically, so unless you explicitly request that they scan your website, you will have to wait until their scanning bots rescan your website.
For Google, you can request that their bot rescan your website as soon as possible to update their search index... you should take a look at the following for information on that: support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9012289#request_indexing

It also helps if you update any links to your site. TI Find-a-Club is the obvious one, but there are also others. These include your District website and local "What's on in our town" pages. These all help to get the word out that your site's name has changed.
