blocked from site

After using Free Toast Host for more than 5 years, I was suddenly blocked from receiving any information to or from my club #2166 for the last 6 months.    I am an officer of the club.  We have tried to fix this problem to no avail.  After reaching out to Toastmasters International, they gave me your contact information.  Would you please help me remedy this problem?  

Do you mean you are not receiving email or do you mean you cannot access the club website?

 

We are not blocking the IP you submitted to the forum from, nor are we blocking your dapis@hotmail.com email address.

I am not able to receive emails.

Any suggestions what could have happened and how I can fix it?

Difficult to say what might have happened/changed but the remedy should be the same; see the Outlook (Hotmail) section in following document;
